Cheese Dip 1 box Velveeta cheese 1 can rotel tomato's Dice tomato's, Melt cheese. Mix rotel tomato's with melted cheese Serve with tortilla chips. Cinnamon Treat 3 cans of biscuits sugar cinnamon butter Cut biscuits in four's, Mix cinnamon & sugar, enough to roll the biscuits in throughly coating them, Butter a bundt cake pan. toss the coated biscuits in the bundt cake pan, bake @350 untill done, Melt enough butter to mix with remaining sugar & cinnamon.. Place cake on a plate and pour mixture of butter, sugar & cinnamon, Slice and Serve Down to Earth Salsa (submitted by Hugs) 10 c. chopped,seeded,peeled,and cored tomatoes 3 c. chopped,and seeded green bell peppers 5 c. chopped onions 2-1/2 c. chopped and seeded hot peppers 2 c. jalepenos peppers 1-1/4 c. cider vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbs. cilantro, minced 3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce(optional) Combine all ingredients in a large saucepot, adding hot pepper sauce, if desired. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins. Ladle hot salsa into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust two piece caps. Process 15 mins in boiling water canner. Yields 6 pints You can make for a party or get together and not have to can it either!
Hawaiian Bread Dip 1 cup real Mayo (Hellmann's works best) 1 cup chopped green onions 1 pkg. Buddig's Ham (chopped) 8oz.s sour cream 1 round loaf Kings Hawaiian Bread mix all ingredients well, serve with the Kings Hawaiian Bread, just pinch off bread and dip. Or cut out center of bread and put dip there. Everyone love's this! Stuffed Mushrooms by santa 1# small mushrooms (bite size) 10 slices bacon chopped mushroom stems 1/2 c.minced onion 1/2 c.bread crumbs salt & pepper 3/4 t. paprika 1 c. sour cream 1 T. Heinz 57 sauce Wipe mushrooms clean with a dry paper towel. Remove stems, chop, set aside. Place caps upside down in greased, shallow baking dish. Microwave bacon until crisp, save drippings. Cool bacon, crumble. Set aside. In a small skillet, saute chopped stems and onions until onion is tender, drain. Combine stems and onions with remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Adjust sour cream and bread crumbs to make thick filling. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 350* for 20 - 25 min.
