Moma's corn bread dressing~~ 2 large recipes, baked cornbread 1/2 loaf crumbled light bread 2 cups chopped celery 2 large chopped onions 2 cups chopped scallons 6-8 boiled eggs chopped 2 large cans cream of mushroom soup 6 - 8 cups chicken or turkey broth (more or less if needed) save out 1/2 cup for gravey. Mix all ingrediants until smooth, if not of creamy constancy add water to make it very easy to stir. Put in large baking pan or dish bake until lightly brown on top. Giblet gravy~~ 4 cups chicken or turkey broth, bring to rolling boil add 1 chopped already boiled egg, the 1/2 cup of dressing you saved. In a pint fruit jar add 3-4 tab. plain flour and cold water to 1/2 filled the jar. Put lid on shake well , while gravey liquid is in rolling boil add the flour mixture slowly stiring constantly until begins to thicken. turn off fire. cover. just before serving check that it's not to thick if so add a little water.
