Tator Tot Cassarole :Submitted By Tygg 1 to 2 pounds hamburger meat 1 to 2 cans green beans 1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup about 3/4 block shredded chedder cheese 1 onion ( if desired ) 1 bag of tator tots cook hambuger meat with onion on stove. layer cooked hamburger meat on bottom of casserole pan, place cream of mushroom soup on top of meat, place green beans on top of soup, place tator tots on top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for aproximatally 30 mins, or until tator tots are done. Spread shredded cheese on top and place back in oven until melted. When cheese is melted it is done.
French Toast Cassarole (submitted by HUGS) 1 loaf bread 1 doz. eggs 2 cups milk or half and half 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnmon 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (opt.) 4 tbsp. butter or margarine Tear or cut bread into pieces. Put in a 9x13 greased baking dish. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over bread. Refridgerate over night. Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle nuts over casserole (if using). Melt butter or margarine. Pour on last. Bake @ 350' for one hour or until center is set. Cut into squares. Serve warm with powder sugar and syrup. PIZZA CASSEROLE: by Shel 1 pkg. corkscrew noodles--cooked and drained 1 jar/can spaghetti sauce--Garlic and Herb is perfect 1 pkg. shredded cheese 1 lb. browned hamburger meat. Mix browned and drained hamburger meat w/ spaghetti sauce. Sit aside. In a large casserole dish, start layering with noodles. Sprinkle 1/3 pkg. cheese on hot noodles. (You may consider adding veggies like mushrooms, onions or peppers now for an extra layer)Next pour meat sauce over cheesy noodles. Then sprinkle cheese over top of casserole until entire dish is covered. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese has completely melted.

Green Bean Cassarole 2 cans french style green beans 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c grated cheese 4 slices bacon Drian water off of beans, put beans in a baking dish pour in mushroom soup stir, add cheese, place slices of bacon on top. Bake @350 for 25 min(or 15 min in microwave)
SLOPPY JOE PIE 1 lb. ground beef 1 can Manwich 1 tube buttermilk bisquits (8) 1 sm. box cornbread mix..the cheap stuff 1 pkg. shredded cheese...cheddar, colby, monterey jack or any kind you prefer small amount of milk Brown ground beef then add one can of Manwich. Dip each bisquit into the milk and then into the dry cornbread mix until covered. Press the bisquits into a pie pan being sure to cover the bottom as well as the sides. Sprinkle some of the cheese on the bisquit bottom before adding the ground beef mixture. Finish by covering the top of the meat with the leftover cheese. Bake at 350 for as long as it says to make the biscuits. If the bisquits aren't squished flat enough then you might have to bake a little longer to make sure the bisquit crust is golden. Enjoy! BROCCOLI-RICE-CHEESE CASSEROLE by MICHGIRL 2 2/3 Cup Instant Rice 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 16oz of Velveeta or Cheese Whiz 1/2 stick of margarine 10 oz frozen broccoli chopped onion chopped celery Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for about one hour or until rice is tender. Be sure to stir during cooking.

Chicken Rice-a-roni by kasee 2C. cooked chicken (or turkey) Parmesan cheese 1 box chicken rice a roni Chinese noodles 3/4 C. Best Foods mayonaise 1 can cream of chicken soup 2t. curry powder 1C. chopped celery 1 can water chestnuts (optional) 1 sm. onion chopped Cook rice a roni per package directions. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Spray 9x13 pan with pam Spread mixture in pan, top with grated parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
Fiery Hunan Beef :Submitted by Katherine Marinade: 1 tbsp regular soy sauce 1 tbsp dry sherry or Chinese rice wine 1 tsp cornstarch 3/4 lb flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain Sauce: 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp dry sherry or Chinese rice wine 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp chili paste 2 tsp sugar 2 cups broccoli florets 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp minced garlic 6 whole dried chile peppers 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tsp water 1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the beef, stir to coat, and set aside for 30 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. 2. Cook the broccoli in boiling water until crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Drain well; set aside 3. Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot. Add the vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides. Add the garlic and chiles and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add the beef and stir fry until it is barely pink, about 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and sauce, mix well, and add the cornstarch solution. Cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens.
